It's Wednesday and two more days to go! uh ... i'm so exhausted - had to cook today. Califlower, beans and potatoes sauted in onions and mixed with tomato gravy (and some spices tooo) that was the dish!

Moving ahead from my previous post - i have a restricted view because I'm in my apartment. Let's move out and see the surroundings. After lunch and a short nap on Saturday, I'm out braving the cold just to shoot in twilight. I love the thought of twilight because that's when the sun's almost below the horizon and the sky sports a multicolored camouflage of yellow, orange, red, blue and all the associated shades. This effect in physics is called the "Rayleigh effect" and you see it because of diffraction of light. Did i get too technical? This picture of Bushnell here was taken at twilight.

The next one here is a picture of the Wadsworth atheneum taken in absolute dark without flash with an exposure compensation of -0.7EV. You'd ask me why did you need an exposure compensation at night ?? Well, look closely at the photograph and you'll be able to read the hanging banner on the right wall - just to get that!

Day was almost over, and I showed up at a friend's place. I had tea .. and with tea he served me cookies, walnuts and almonds with a cup of tea. So what's so interesting in that?

Well .. the plate of cookies looked very tempting .. want to see what it was like ? Technically speaking this is a macro shot taken with flash. I'm impressed with the details .. Find it funny huh? - taking a picture of something that's on your plate? Laugh if you have to. I call it a day!
